Quiet, clean, and located at the end of a cul-de-sac with a huge backyard right in the heart of Gulf Gate! Private yet just a few minutes from Siesta Beach, Turtle Beach, & Nokomis Beach.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests; it has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and has been recently remodeled. The kitchen offers pretty granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, & utensils. Spacious screened lanai with ample outdoor seating and gas grill included. Host your own outdoor dinner party or relax under the twinkle lights with a glass of wine!

LOCATION!!! It's less than 2 MILES to the Stickney Point Bridge leading over to Siesta Key in Sarasota! In 2017 Siesta Beach was voted Number #1 Beach in the USA by TripAdvisor!! With its powdery white sandy beaches and warm water it’s the perfect place to swim, sunbathe, play frisbee, or stroll by the water’s edge for sea shells. In addition to the Beach explore the quaint strip of unique shops and restaurants located in the heart of Siesta Key. Some of our favorites include The Old Salty Dog, Siesta Key Oyster Bar, and Daiquiri Deck.

This home is within a short WALKING distance to Gulf Gate shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Leave the car behind and walk to lunch or dinner at any number of wonderful bars and restaurants.

Also nearby is CineBistro, Trader Joe’s, and Downtown Sarasota where you’ll enjoy art, music & theater, and nightlife. Sarasota is also home to the John Ringling Museum of Art. If you have time to explore other nearby areas the world famous Longboat Key, St. Armand’s Circle, and Lido Beach are all just a hop skip and a jump away!

Dining area opens into the family room with large TV and comfortable seating area. Off the family room is a sun room with cozy reading nook and bookcases. Sliding glass doors lead out to a screened lanai and patio.
Spacious lanai with lots of outdoor seating and outdoor dinner table seats up to 6 guests. Plenty of driveway parking. This home is clean and cute as a button!
